This project is for the purchase and shipping of 100 units of post top lamps and 100 units of photocontrols for the Town of Clarence. Any and all costs associated with order processing and shipping are to be included in the bid. All materials are to be shipped to the Clarence Parks Department at 10405 Main Street, Clarence, NY 14031. All proposals shall be submitted on the bid form furnished. Each bid must be in a sealed envelope clearly labeled for the TOWN OF CLARENCE RESIDENTIAL POST TOP STREETLIGHT PURCHASE and addressed to the Town Clerk. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond for 5% of the total bid amount, conditioned that if the proposal is accepted, the successful bidder will enter into a contract for the work. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 calendar days after the actual bid opening date. Bidders are required to submit a Certificate of Non-Collusion as part of the proposal. If the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract or give further security as required, the Bid Bond shall be forfeited to the Town as liquidated damages. The Town of Clarence reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
