Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Biddershall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: A Turnkey Project, for all Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Alarm, Plumbing and Building Code enhancements necessary to pass a State of Indiana Acceptance Test to complete alterations to a single hydraulic elevator system at History Center located at 302 Berry Street. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days to allow review of bids before announcing award of contract. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid. Question Deadline 04/18/2025
