The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: The intersection of W Washington Blvd and College St by removing and replacing existing traffic signal equipment and providing ADA upgrades. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid. Substantial and Final Completion date is being extended to 11/21/2025 EBE GOALS - (10%) Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: Questions received less than four days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. A.
