All questions must be submitted by Monday, May 5, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (local time) Fort Wayne Utilities is requesting labor quotes for electrical services associated with control panel replacements. The work associated is generally described as follows: 1. Remove existing control panels in Softening Building (Structure 3110) and install Owner furnished control panel 3110-PLC-1. 2. Remove existing control panel in Chemical Feed Building (Structure 3200) and install new Owner furnished control panels 3200-PLC-1, 3200-PLC-2 and 3200-LCP-1. 3. Remove existing wiring and conduits and install owner furnished instruments, conduit, wiring and provide terminations as shown on drawings. 4. Coordinate with System Programmer services for system integration, startup and training. All technical specifications attached to this proposal shall be interpreted for labor and execution only, all materials shall be provided/furnished by the Utility (owner). The intent is for the contractor to provide labor cost along with hourly labor rates outlined by classification. This service agreement will be structured using labor rates, the purpose of providing the itemized labor is for the utility to set a not to exceed contract (service agreement) amount to complete the project in its entirety. The contractor will be responsible for providing the utility BOM with a list of materials to be furnished for the contractor to install. It is the intent of the Utility to select a single contractor for this work.
