The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: Improve the north sidewalk of Superior Street from Clinton St. to Lafayette St. by removing the existing concrete sidewalk and parking/driving lane to construct a new section of Urban Trail. The trail will include updated ADA ramps, commercial drive approaches, brick pavers for the trail portion, new pedestrian lighting, and landscaping all in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST- 112-4-22-25-2 as prepared by Jones Petrie Rafinski for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City.
