One radiant tube shop heater and two 75k btu heaters will be replaced in kind, as well as installation of a new Heat Pump Air Handler Split System HVAC system in the administrative space with insulated ductwork through joists to each room; outside air louver, control damper, barometric relief damper, and relief louver; two (2) exhaust fans (one for each restroom). Nine (9) windows, two (2) exterior person doors, and three (3) overhead garage doors will be replaced in kind.
