Site work for a civil project in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of July 21,2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on August 06, 2025.** SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of cleaning and repainting of the reservoir's interior and exterior surfaces as well as the installation and refurbishment of other tank appurtenances. The Project shall be completed within two hundred seventy (270) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup, and demobilization The estimated monetary range of the project is $5,500,000 to $5,800,000. Bids received and stamped after the designated time will not be considered and will be returned to the Bidder unopened. The final 1% subcontractor list shall be included in the Bid Proposal or submitted via email within 2-hours of the bid opening.
