The objective of this project is to address and resolve issues with the existing roof of Building 1, which has reached the end of its design life and has been compromised due to deterioration and water intrusion. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project in accordance with the provided drawings and specifications, effectively addressing the degradation and water intrusion resulting from the failure of the current roofing system. The objective of this project is to implement the design drawings in accordance with the 100 ion drawings and specifications to replace/repair the existing roof of Building 1. This includes ensuring the roof meets current VA standards and provides adequate protection against weather elements.
