Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bloomington, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work for which the bids are asked includes the following: The work under this contract shall consist of supplying and placing a 20-foot wide by 1 1/2-inch thick asphaltic overlay of the existing pavement on approximately 0.4 miles of Southridge Road starting at Badger Road and extending northward towards the Wilson Hill Road. Questions may be directed towards the Town Patrolman at (608) 994-2373; 8709 County Highway A; Bloomington, WI 53804. No proposal shall be considered unless accompanied by the Proposal Agreement fully executed by the bidder. The bidder that is awarded the contract(s) agrees to execute the contract agreement within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award, begin work after official notice to do so has been issued, and complete all work included under the terms of the contract in the allotted time. The Town of Little Grant reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Bids. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 66.29, and 66.293, Wisconsin Statutes.
