Scope of work includes but is not limited to: provide all permits, labor, equipment, tools, materials, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the Work. Rehabilitation of existing Middle School field to full size Soccer/Rugby Sports Field at three (3) sites and track work at one (1) site. Identify existing field irrigation rotors and preserve in place or temporarily cap, turf removal and disposal, import clean amended topsoil, rough grading, laser leveling, re-install and/or adjust irrigation rotors, install new sod, and roller compact. Import clean decomposed granite, distribute evenly on track and roller compact. If work under this contract is not ready for the intended use within the specified time period, the agreed liquidated damages established in Article 42 of the General Conditions and Article 4 of the Agreement is five hundred dollars ($500) per day for each calendar date completion is delayed.
