THE DOCUMENTS PROVIDED HERE ARE FOR VIEWING ONLY. Each CONTRACTOR choosing to BID MUST obtain BID DOCUMENTS from the office of JAMES C. HAILEY & COMPANY, Consulting Engineers, located at 360 Cool Springs Blvd., Suite 100, Franklin, TN 37067 upon a NON-REFUNDABLE payment of $50.00. BID DOCUMENTS are non-transferrable. Paper copies of the PLANS and SPECIFICATIONS may be obtained from JAMES C. HAILEY & COMPANY upon a non-refundable payment of $350.00 per each set CONTRACT 124 consists of the rehabilitation of (1) 500,000 - gallon (Pomona) elevated water storage tank and one (1) 150,000 - gallon (Pleasant Hill) elevated water storage tank, piping, excavation, grading, and all and related appurtenances shown on plans and the removal of the existing 200,000 - gallon steel tanks and related facilities as shown on the plans. This project is being supported with Treasury, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity. Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to September 2025. The allotted time for construction is 150 calendar days total for two (2) tanks. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
