The Town of Dunkirk is soliciting Bids for the proposed park development and related improvements at Lyons Park. PROJECT SCOPE:The project scope includes but not limited to: demolition, earthwork, erosion control, concrete,landscape boulders, furnish and installation of a modular floating kayak launch, and site restoration. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Bids. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54,66.0901 and 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes.
