Bridge Replacement No. 34J57 located on 75th Ave SW, approximately 0.15 miles east of State Highway 23. Combined estimated quantities of work are: 12'x10' Precast Conc Box Culvert - 128 LIN FT, 12x 10 Precast Concrete Box Culvert End Sections - 4 EACH, Remove Existing Bridge - 1 LUMP SUM, Aggregate Surfacing Class 5 - 217 TON, Common Embankment (CV)(P) - 1514 CU YD, Granular Bedding 252 TON, Coarse Aggregate Bedding - 252 TON, Random Riprap Class 3 (Quarry-run) -130 CU YD, Turf Establishment and other miscellaneous construction items. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must be uploaded with all bids. Minimum wage rates to be paid by the contractor have been predetermined.
