Estimated major quantities are as follows: Streets: 7,417 LBS Bituminous Pavement Crack Treatment 14,834 GAL Bituminous Material for Seal Coat (CRS-2P) 49,447 SY Bituminous Seal Coat Trails, Basketball Courts & Parking Lot: 1,626 LBS Bituminous Pavement Crack Treatment 896 GAL Bituminous Material for Fog Seal Bid Security of 5% of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must be a responsible contractor as defined in Minnesota Statutes Section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The City reserves the right to retain the deposit of the lowest Bidder until the Performance Bond and Payment Bond have been executed and approved. No bidder may withdraw a Bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive irregularities and informalities therein, and award the Contract to the best interests of the City.
