The Work Includes the Following Major Items: Aggregate Surfacing Class 5 1669 Ton Aggregate Base Class 5 1218 Ton 14x12 Precast Concrete Box Culv End Sect 4 Each 16x9 Precast Concrete Box Culv End Sect 2 Each 16x10 Precast Concrete Box Culv End Sect 4 Each 16x11 Precast Concrete Box Culv End Sect 2 Each 14x12 Precast Concrete Box Culvert 112 Lin Ft 16x9 Precast Concrete Box Culvert 52 Lin Ft 16x10 Precast Concrete Box Culvert 94 Lin Ft 16x11 Precast Concrete Box Culvert 42 Lin Ft Structure Excavation Class U 5040 Cu Yd Granular Backfill (Cv) 3739 Cu Yd Remove Existing Bridge 3 Lump Sum Random Riprap Cl Iii 373 Ton Random Riprap Cl Iv 731 Ton Silt Fence, Type Ms 1020 Lin Ft Rolled Erosion Prevention Category 25 5167 Sq Yd Each bid must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of Waseca County in the amount of at least 5% of the bid price. Upon execution of the Contract, bid bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders within 30 days of the opening of the bids. A Performance Bond payable to Waseca County, in the full amount of the bid, shall be furnished by the successful bidder. The Waseca County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive defects. SAP 081-598-017, SAP 081-598-018 & SAP 081-598-019, 2023-12225 propose to furnish all necessary machinery, equipment, tools, labor and other means of construction and to furnish all materials specified, in the manner and at the time prescribed, all according to the terms of the Contract and Plans, Specifications, and the Special Provisions forming a part of this.
