Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waseca, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
2025 4th St SW (CSAH 4) Rehabilitation Bid Security of 5% of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must be a "responsible contractor" as defined in Minnesota Statutes Section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The City reserves the right to retain the deposit of the lowest Bidder until the PERFORMANCE BOND and PAYMENT BOND have been executed and approved. No bidder may withdraw a Bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive irregularities and informalities therein, and award the Contract to the best interests of the City.
