As of May 15, 2025 this project was awarded to PCiRoads, LLC in the amount of $3,721,217.04 Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation, Lightweight Embankment, Bituminous Mill & FDR, Concrete Pavement, Bituminous Shoulders & Pavement Markings Each bid must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of Waseca County in the amount of at least 5% of the bid price. Upon execution of the Contract, bid bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders within 30 days of the opening of the bids. A Performance Bond payable to Waseca County, in the full amount of the bid, shall be furnished by the successful bidder. The Waseca County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive defects.
