The Project consists of Renovations to Harmony Public School Headquaters . Pay particular attention to the responsibility schedules, materials required from national accounts, various requirements (especially Kitchen pages notes), please price work as per plans and specs. Any value engineering or changes to suggest, should be done as an add/deduct alt amount with new specification. Include in price: Any required trade related utility fees, permits and inspections; any required submittals; any required utility fees; complete clean-up of trade related issues, Construction Solutions USA will provide dumpster; issuance of workman's comp and liability insurance to show Construction Solutions USA LLC and client as additional insured's; notarized lien waivers with payments; as built drawings, close outs, and warranties upon completion.
