Cass District Library owns the property at 26964 US Highway 12 (West Main Street), Edwardsburg, MI 49112 and is constructing a new 9,500SF library branch to be completed late 2025. Cass District Library issues this RFP for Landscaping to improve the natural beauty of the land as well as prepare the site after construction with trees, shrubs, flowers, seeding, and more. The project hopes to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property, ensure the landscape is well maintained and healthy, and improve the functionality of outdoor spaces. No bids may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) consecutive calendar days following the bid opening. Pre-Bid RFIs Due: April 11, 2025 Any interpretation or correction of the Contract Documents will be made only by Addenda and will be emailed to each Contractor. This will include all questions and answers. Contractor shall begin landscaping installation late September, 2025 and complete no later than November 15, 2025 pending weather and site readiness.
