COMPLETION OF WORK: This project has constraints including specific stages that must be completed prior to starting others, phasing and observation requirements related to the cultural work plan, specific time periods for working below the Ordinary High-Water Mark, and other significant constraints and requirements that the bidder should become familiar with. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The WORK to be completed includes, but is not limited to, demolition, abandonment of beach sewer laterals in place, grading, hot mix asphalt paving, cement concrete sidewalks, curbs, and gutters; electrical systems including service cabinets, generators, electrical lines, and junction boxes; installation of utility conduits and vaults; installation of sanitary sewer systems including package grinder pump stations, grinder pump station discharge piping, gravity sewer piping, a submersible pump station with valve vault, generator, and control and telemetry panel; sewer force main; traffic control; a water service line and connections; and residential plumbing assessment and construction, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions including the Technical Specifications, and the Standard Specifications.
