Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bremerton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

COMPLETION OF WORK: This project has constraints including specific stages that must be completed prior to starting others, phasing and observation requirements related to the cultural work plan, specific time periods for working below the Ordinary High-Water Mark, and other significant constraints and requirements that the bidder should become familiar with. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The WORK to be completed includes, but is not limited to, demolition, abandonment of beach sewer laterals in place, grading, hot mix asphalt paving, cement concrete sidewalks, curbs, and gutters; electrical systems including service cabinets, generators, electrical lines, and junction boxes; installation of utility conduits and vaults; installation of sanitary sewer systems including package grinder pump stations, grinder pump station discharge piping, gravity sewer piping, a submersible pump station with valve vault, generator, and control and telemetry panel; sewer force main; traffic control; a water service line and connections; and residential plumbing assessment and construction, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions including the Technical Specifications, and the Standard Specifications. It is anticipated that this project will be funded in part by the Washington State Department of Ecology. ESTIMATE: $3,500,000-$4,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. WAGE RATE REQUIREMENTS: The Successful bidder will be required to confirm that prevailing wages are paid according to Chapter 39.12 of the Revised Code of Washington, as well as any other applicable prevailing wage rate provisions. The contractor is required to file Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages and Affidavit of Wages Paid. The contractor shall submit both the Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Kitsap County and the federal Davis-Bacon Wage Rates. The City of Bremerton reserves the right to reject any and all bids on any or all schedules or alternates or to waive any informalities in the bidding and shall determine which bid or bidders is the most satisfactory and responsible bidder and shall be the sole judge thereof *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
