Site work for a mixed-use development in Nogales, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of ten percent(10%) of the total maximum proposal price for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal. Bidders must ensure their bids are received in the Clerk of the Board's Office by the Bid Submittal Deadline. No oral, telegraphic, electronic, facsimile, or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered unless specified in the solicitation document. Bids received after the Bid Submittal Deadline will be returned unopened. The time in the Clerk of the Board's Office shall be the governing time for the Bid Submittal Deadline. The County does not guarantee overnight delivery services in this area. Bids received after the Bid Submittal Deadline will be considered non responsive. All technical questions related to the project must be submitted in writing at least (7) seven calendar days before the Bid Submittal Deadline to Richard Graham, P.E.(rgraham@cscos.com) 2575 E Camelback Rd, Suite 740, Phoenix Az. 85016. All questions shall be submitted in writing via email.
