Question Deadline 04/28/2025 at 10:00 AM ET Laurie Martinez, (803) 548-8430, martinezl@fortmillschools.org SCOPE OF WORK / SPECIFICATIONS Orchard Park Elementary School Windows Replacement The Fort Mill School District is seeking competitive sealed bids for the turn key delivery and installation of 14 windows to be replaced at Orchard Park Elementary School. Availability and estimated project completion date must be provided on the attached Bid Schedule. WINDOWS AND FRAMES: Contractor to supply all equipment and materials to remove, replace clean and prep openings for the install of 14 classroom windows. Room Numbers: (1) Principal office, (1) Assistant Principal office, (2) B105 classroom, (2) B108 classroom and (1) each of the following 8 classrooms. D100, D102, D104, D106, D108, D110, D112, and D114. All windows to match the existing windows. (Operation, appearance, etc.) We are requesting white Peerless casement/fixed windows with 1-inch grey tempered glass and integral blinds which match installed windows. Contractor is responsible for all measurement for proper fit and that all windows meet school safety standards. Remove all existing windows and prep existing openings for the installation of the new windows. Contractor will ensure that all windows are shimmed as required and anchored/screwed into place. Contractor to supply and install all interior/exterior window trim as required to match the existing windows on the building. Contractor will apply both interior/exterior caulking to ensure a complete seal around each window to prevent water, debris and pests from entering the building. Contractor is responsible for painting/touching up all interior/exterior areas surrounding the newly installed windows to ensure that all new windows, trim and surrounding areas match the rest of the building. Contractor must ensure that all windows, blinds, etc. operate with no discrepancies.
