Johnson Northwest Subcourthouse, which includes cleaning the entire building exterior masonry, repointing damaged or deteriorated masonry mortar joints, and applying a clear, penetrating, water repellant. All work will be done on weekdays, Monday - Friday, natural daylight hours. Exact hours to be finalized with Tarrant County Facilities Management during the pre-award phase. Questions from bidders will be addressed at the pre-bid site visit. Any vendor who submits a bid without attending the scheduled pre-bid site visit does so at his own risk. Such applicant who submits a bid and does not attend the scheduled pre-bid site visit waives any right to assert claims due to undiscovered conditions.
