This project includes, but is not limited to: removal of all material from the Lake Stevens Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Anaerobic Digester 1, Anaerobic Digester 2, and Digested Sludge Holding Tank remaining after Owner draining operations; cleaning the interior of all three tanks listed above; furnishing and installing scaffolding as needed for cleaning and inspection of tank interior; replacement of the existing digester mixers; and installation of new digester gas and digested sludge isolation valves. The Work shall be substantially complete within 220 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the District Manager, District Office, Lake Stevens, Washington. Financing of the Project has been provided by Lake Stevens Sewer District, Washington. The Lake Stevens Sewer District expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal.
