Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lake Stevens, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Lake Stevens Sewer District, hereinafter referred to as "The Owner" and/or "District," is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide Design and Construction Management (CM) services for the replacement of five (5) emergency generators at five (5) sanitary sewer lift station locations. This project will be funded through a HMGP federal grant, and the engineering firm, subconsultants and contractors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including those set forth by FEMA and the Washington State Military Department Hazard Mitigation Grant (Assistance Listing 97.039 (HMGP)). The primary scope of this RFQ is to solicit qualifications from engineering consultant firms with expertise in electrical system design, emergency power generation equipment, civil design and engineering, construction management, and experience managing projects with federal grant funding. Project Completion Date: July 31, 2026 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
