Snohomish Conservation District Notice of Request For Bids Little Pilchuck Tributary Fish Passage Project, Cedar Springs Culvert Replacement Notice is hereby given that Snohomish Conservation District (District or Owner) will receive bids for the Little Pilchuck Tributary Fish Passage Project. The project will replace a passage barrier on a private residential road that crosses an unnamed tributary to Little Pilchuck Creek. Questions or requests for additional information must be received by the District by email by Wednesday January 8th, 2025 at 3PM PST. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent of the amount of such bid proposal.
