Questions related to this Request for Bids will be taken via email Scope of Work: The City of Lake Stevens (City) is seeking bids from a qualified contractor (Contractor) to provide and install replacement HVAC systems at the Police Station and Training Center. These are two separate buildings within the same building complex. Bids should include all costs related to the project, including: o Procurement and Installation of Equipment (4x new high-efficiency Gas Furnaces and 6x new highefficiency Air Conditioners - see "Equipment Specifications" below) o Permits/Permit Costs o Testing and Balancing o Controls Disconnect/Reconnect o Line Voltage Disconnect/Reconnect o Ceiling Grid Removal and Reinstallation o Extended Warranty for parts o Sheet Rock Repairs
