Construction is expected to begin in early 2026. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* The city of Lake Stevens seeks qualified proposals from a multidisciplinary firm or combined engineering/ architectural firms working in partnership to develop design options and plans for a phased project, including a City Council Chambers, a City Hall Building and an Annex Building. The entire Municipal Services Campus should be cohesive and functional, leading to recommendations for internal tenant improvements, minor facade modifications, exterior paint colors and landscaping to achieve a “contemporary northwest” design aesthetic. Phase 1 of this project includes developing design options and architectural drawings for a new functional and flexible City Council Chambers. Phase 2 will provide an Infrastructure Analysis for the Municipal Services Campus and include a complete design for a revised parking lot, stormwater detention/conveyance system, site landscaping, communications and backup power.
