This project includes modifications within the Equipment Building of the existing Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) to the existing alkalinity system. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition and waste-hauling a 16,500 gallon HDPE storage tank and associated piping, installation of a new bolted steel storage tank within the building, modifications to the existing piping system, associated structural improvements, associated electrical and telemetry system improvements, and relocation of existing HVAC equipment. This project also includes modifications in and adjacent to the Digester Building of the existing WWTF to the existing digester gas condensate drainage system. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal and wastehauling of existing digester gas condensate piping, installation of new piping, removal and salvage of two existing drip trap actuators, installation of new drip trap actuators, installation of a new ventilation equipment, and associated structural, electrical, and telemetry system improvements The Work shall be substantially complete within 140 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "Lake Stevens Sewer District" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount No unauthorized visits or unscheduled visits will be allowed. Financing of the Project has been provided by Lake Stevens Sewer District, Washington. The Lake Stevens Sewer District expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal.
