Mesa Unified School District #4 is seeking unit pricing on electrical supply and equipment items stocked in the Operations Warehouse located at 555 S. Lewis Street, Mesa, AZ 85210. The District is also requesting discounted pricing on items that are not stocked in the Operations Warehouse inventory, but which are ordered for use throughout the District, by School District personnel as needed. Materials, equipment and supplies may be purchased during renovations/projects throughout the year, walk-in business for shop use and school site/department purchases as needed. Bid items referenced in this solicitation represent the present inventory of items stocked in the Operations Warehouse and will be awarded on a line-by-line basis. It is estimated that the District spends approximately $75,000 each year on electrical supplies and equipment. This is an estimated amount only and no quantity is implied or guaranteed. 7.2. Bid Terminology The following terminology shall apply throughout this bid: _ A singular item shall be referred to as each or EA _ An extended group of items (i.e., box, package, etc.) shall be referred to as unit _ "NO SUB" or "No Substitution" indicates that Substitution of manufacturer will not be considered for this item _ Mesa Unified School District #4 shall be referred to as District, or Mesa Public Schools Question Deadline 04/23/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Any inquiry related to a Solicitation, including any requests for or inquiries regarding standards referenced in the Solicitation shall be directed solely to the Solicitation Contact Person.
