The City of San Antonio (City), Public Works Department (PW) is issuing a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) for qualified firms (Respondents) to provide construction services for the Seeling Drainage Phase 4 (Lowery Drive to St. Cloud and Placid Drive from Sage Drive to Pardo Circle) (Project). The project consists of the construction of Seeling Drainage Phase 4 (Lowery Drive to St. Cloud and Placid Drive from Sage Drive to Pardo Circle), a 2022 Bond Program project. Located in Council District 7, area residents have reported localized drainage issues of storm runoff entering their property. The proposed project will construct underground drainage infrastructure upstream of the previously completed Seeling Channel Phase 3 project, a COSA 2017 Bond project. The project will mitigate localized drainage issues and increase safety and mobility within the project area. M/WBE 14% AABE 1% This construction project entails, but is not limited to, the installation of an underground storm- drain system and associated roadway reconstruction to include curbs, sidewalks, water, sewer, gas improvements, driveway approaches and any other work required for the completion of the project as designed in the project plans and specifications as applicable and within available funding. This is a multi-phase and Hazard Mitigation Action Plan project. Additionally, two (2) alternates are being proposed for this project: 1.- Reconstruction of Placid Drive from Sage Drive to Pardo Circle to include, but not limited to, the installation of an underground storm drain system, curbs, sidewalks, water, sewer, gas improvements, and driveways. 2.- Reconstruction of Placid Drive from Pardo Circle to Seeling Boulevard to include, but not limited to, the curbs, sidewalks, and driveways.
