Skagit PUD is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified sign companies to provide professional sign design and consultation, fabrication of various sign types (interior/exterior), installation services, permitting assistance, sign maintenance and repair, and LED and digital signage solutions. SOQ must clearly demonstrate the respondent's ability in the following evaluation factors: Professional Overview, Proximity to Skagit County, Professional Experience in the requested areas, Qualifications, Past Performance, and Fee system. Skagit PUD is committed to a program that promotes equal opportunity. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to apply Skagit PUD's Personal Services Roster shall consist of all responsible vendors who have submitted the necessary SOQ to be on the roster. Qualified vendors may join our roster at any time. SOQs will remain active for the 2025 calendar year, with potential extension at Skagit PUD's discretion. Skagit PUD will evaluate the existing roster according to our established procurement protocols and selection criteria when specific project scopes emerge. This is not a Request for Proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
