The University of Northern British Columbia is seeking to engage a design build contractor with the necessary expertise, capacity and resources for the design, construction, and commissioning of the conversion of a boathouse at the Dr. Max Blouw Quesnel River Research Centre located at 6581 Likely Rd, Likely BC, Cariboo F. UNBC is planning to convert an existing boathouse at QRRC, into a multipurpose High-Performance Building for research, with two laboratories, classroom space, and office space. This will be a research building employing HighPerformance Building design criteria in keeping with its functional use and the sustainability strategies of UNBC.
