The City of Madeira Beach (City) is seeking to contract with a Contractor for the construction of a military court of honor which will be located at Patriot Park, 424 150th Ave. Madeira Beach, FL 33708. The project will be constructed as the plans state, Attachment C. Please bid accordingly. ALL PROSPECTIVE PROPOSERS/BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CITY OF MADEIRA BEACH STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON(S). The right is reserved by the City of Madeira Beach, Florida to reject any or all bids to waive any technical defects, and to accept any bid which the bidding authority believes to be in the best interest of the city.
