Site work for a water / sewer project in Madeira Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A. This contract is for the Contractor related permitting, construction, testing, start-up, and warranty work and other work related to the Project as shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications. A summary of the work to be performed is described in the Invitation to Bid. B. Contractor acknowledges the location of existing piping shown on the drawings may vary from the existing conditions shown on the drawings, and the contractor shall be required to make reasonable deviations from the design to construct a fully operational system as intended by the design. Contractor shall perform these types of design modifications at no additional cost to the owner for similar construction work efforts. The existing components at Pump Station (PS) 182 have been determined to be severely corroded, older than their original design life, and generally in poor condition. The existing quadplex Pump Station (PS) 182 is to be replaced with a triplex pump system. The fiberglass wetwell liner and concrete lid will also be replaced. The manifold piping will be rerouted aboveground.
