This work may include new pedestrian poles, curb ramp improvements, APS pushbutton installations, cabinet modifications, and other ADA improvements as needed The intent of this Contract is to provide means for the DEPARTMENT to quickly respond to unexpected safety and/or operational issues for a period of two (2) years or until the contract amount of $500,000 has been reached. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the work plan, specifications, procedures, and terms of the Contract. All work in this Contract is considered specialty work.
