The Dallas VA Medical Center has a requirment for HVAC systems services. See attached RFQ for details. Offeror shall submit offers by Due Date/Time specified in Block 8 of the Standard Form (SF) 1449 of the solicitation directly to Joseph A. Leyte, Contracting Officer, at Joseph.Leyte@va.gov. Site visit is schedule for April 9, 2025, at 9am. No additional site visits will be hosted. Contractors will meet at: Dallas VA Medical Center 4500 S. Lancaster Rd, bldg.9 Dallas TX 75216 TECHNICAL QUESTIONS: Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email only no later than 12:00 PM CDT, April 11, 2025. Background: Multiple HVAC coils need to be replaced at VANTX Description of Work: All work shall be done by qualified and licensed HVAC technicians, and Electricians. All bidders shall produce documented past performance history of working with federal government. Contractors shall replace listed HVAC units and replace with new units as listed in Statement of work. Contractor shall remove old units and haul off. Contractor shall leave the job site in a safe and clean environment at the end of each day and at the completion of the job. Contractor shall be responsible for providing all tools, parts, and materials needed to complete the installation. Contractor shall follow all VA safety procedures to include but not limited to Lock out Tagout and ICRA /PICRA Guidelines. Contractor shall provide documentation to COR verifying work is completed and new units are functioning to manufacturer specifications. Mechanical Scope of Work TT-48: o Demo two (2) existing Wall mounted Package Units, Ducting and Electrical as necessary. o Install two (2) new 2 1/2-ton with natural gas heat 3 phase 208/240 volts Wall mounted Package Units, Ducting and Electrical as necessary. o Install One (2) new Thermostat. o Misc Materials. o Equipment Hoisting & Rigging & Transportation.
