The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a Price Agreement for Plumbing Maintenance and Repairs "On Call" for the New Mexico Department of Transportation-District 3 (NMDOT). The vendor shall respond within twenty-four (24) hours for normal service and three (3) hours for emergency service to all calls relative to service and/or repairs within the following counties: Bernalillo, Valencia, and Sandoval. In the event that, the awarded vendor is unable to be located within a twenty-four (24) hour period to perform maintenance or repair(s), the Department reserves the right to call on another contractor to perform the needed job. The term of this Price Agreement shall be for one (1) year from the date of award with the option to extend for a period(s) of three (3) additional years, on a year-by-year basis, by mutual agreement of all parties and approval of the New Mexico State Purchasing Director at the same price, terms, and conditions. This agreement shall not exceed four (4) years.
