**As of April 29, 2025, this project has been awarded to TMC with the bid amount of $142,734.30.** The work involves chip sealing streets and public roads within the City of Ammon. The ability of the contractor to prepare for, place chip seal, clean up, and all other items to place the streets back in an operable condition shall be part of the contract. All parts or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirements. The work shall be performed in accordance with ISPWC Section 808. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Ammon as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Ammon reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Ammon.
