Site work and paving for a civil project in Ammon, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of repairing a landslide on Bear Creek Road north of Calamity Campground near Palisades Reservoir in Bonneville County, ID. The project will consist of constructing a 280 linear foot Welded Wire Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) retaining wall and a 215 linear foot Steepened Slope Repair at the landslide location. Repairs will generally consist of excavation, backfill, a welded wire MSE wall and Welded Wire Steepened Slope repair, new asphalt paved road section, guardrail, storm drainage, and a concrete roadside "V" ditch. Pre-Bid Meeting Info: A pre-bid conference will not be held. Site Directions: On Bear Creek Road approximately 2.1 miles South of Snake River Rd. West of Palisades Dam. Landslide location lies approximately 1/3 miles West of the turn to Calamity Campground. QA date - 24 July 2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than four days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
