Site work for a municipal facility in Ammon, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The City of Ammon Building Department is seeking bids from qualified Idaho journeyman plumbers to provide plumbing inspection services on an as-needed basis, primarily to cover inspections when in-house inspectors are unavailable due to vacation, training, or other absences. Bidders must submit all final bid submissions in electronic (PDF) format via email to the City Clerk by the stated deadline. Bidders may submit multiple bids if the services offered are different in each. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any bid in the City’s best interest, waive informalities, and may take up to ninety days after the bid opening to make a final decision. Any questions must be submitted in writing to the City Clerk, and responses will be posted on the City's website and emailed directly to parties who requested a Bid Document Packet.
