The City of Ammon, Idaho is seeking proposals from qualified multi-disciplinary engineering firms to provide professional on-call engineering and land use planning services. The selected firm will act as an extension of City staff, offering expertise on municipal projects, infrastructure improvements, and private development reviews. Instructions to bidders: - Submit one electronic copy (PDF) of the proposal, not exceeding 15 pages (excluding cover letters and resumes). - Proposals must be submitted via email to Joanna Dahm, City Clerk, at jdahm@cityofammon.us. - The applicant is responsible for confirming receipt of the proposal. - Proposals submitted after the deadline or deemed incomplete by the City Clerk will be rejected. - Questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to jdahm@cityofammon.us. Answers will be posted on the City’s website and shared with interested parties as necessary. - The City of Ammon reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the City.
