Utah State University Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is requesting proposals for Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) services for pre-construction and construction services necessary for renovating a ~700 sq/ft laboratory in a commercial building in Stafford, Virginia. The purpose of the work restricts the distribution of this solicitation, and the Contracts Administrator will not release copies to ancillary companies (e.g., advertising, design services, subcontract/specialty services, etc.). The selection will be under the Value Based Selection method. The notice of intent is required in order to obtain instructions for and participate in the mandatory, onsite pre-submittal meeting to be convened on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM (local). All companies intending to submit on this project must have a representative in attendance.
