Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Madison, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

In the Township of Chatham and the Borough of Madison for the Morris County Department of Public Works, Division of Engineering & Transportation consisting of, but not limited to, 52,574 S.Y. - HMA Milling, 3" or Less, 6,626 Tons - Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course, 151 S.Y. - Concrete Sidewalk, Reinforced, 6" Thick, 14 S.Y. - Detectable Warning Surface, 210 L.F. - 9"x20" Concrete Vertical Curb, 10 L.F. - Granite Curb, 70 L.F. - 9" x 6" Hot Mix Asphalt Curb, Reconstructed & Reset Inlets, and Warning & Regulatory Signs in addition to other miscellaneous items. The County of Morris shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, and the Bid number and title spelled out on the outermost packaging, addressed to the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris. Bid proposals shall be delivered to the Purchasing Agent either in person at the hour designated, or previous thereto, by delivery or mail, at the Morris County Purchasing Division, Room 517, 5th Floor, Administration & Records Building, 10 Court Street PO Box 900, Morristown, New Jersey, 07963 0900, or to the Purchasing Office, 5th floor of the Administration and Records Building. No bids shall be accepted after the designated time, and Morris County will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27-1 et seq. Bids are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20. 7, and as such, contractors are exempt from the limitations on making political contributions under that law. Further, for that reason, as well as because of a language in the New Jersey's Annual Appropriations Act, refusal to disclose campaign contributions otherwise required by N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.2 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.25 et seq., will not adversely affect Bidder's consideration for award. The Contractor shall maintain all documentation related to products, transactions, or services under this contract for a period of five years from the date of final payment, per N.J.A.C. 17:44-2.2.
