Site work for a mixed-use development in Madison, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade communication facility; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The scope of work includes co-location on the existing Borough's water tank and use of the existing subterranean vault. Instructions to bidders: All bids must be submitted on the proposal form furnished by the Borough. Bids on any other forms will not be accepted. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, properly endorsed with the name of the bidder and the project designation. Any envelope not properly marked, causing it to be opened prior to the bid, will be invalidated. Bids may be mailed or hand delivered. Each proposal must be accompanied by a duly executed bid proposal guarantee, a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Borough of Madison in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (but not to exceed $20,000), and a duly executed certificate of surety and power of attorney on the standard New Jersey statutory bond form issued by a surety company licensed in New Jersey and listed in the most recent Federal Register (Circular 570). Proposals are accepted only from bidders who have been properly qualified in accordance with the requirements of the specifications. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities.
