Danfield Waterline Replacement This project includes replacement of waterline along Danfield Drive, beginning from the inter- section of Brookhaven Boulevard and Northridge Road, to approximately 250- feet beyond the first intersection of Dan- field Drive and Brookhaven Boulevard Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work and to inform themselves regarding all local conditions All blank spaces for bid prices must be filled in, in ink or typewritten, and in both words and figures A cashiers check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five per- cent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. De- posits will be returned to the unsuccess- ful bidders. Each bid submitted is a legal offer and when accepted by the NUA, constitutes a FIRM AND BINDING CONTRACT. The OWNER reserves the right to REJECT ANY or ALL BIDS. The OWNER further reserves the un- conditional right to cancel all or any portion of this project within sixty (60) days from the date of opening of bids, for any reason and at its sole discretion.
