All bidders require a Bid Bond (Surety Bond) or Cashiers Check for five percent (5%) of the Contractors bid. The Surety on such bonds shall be a surety company satisfactory to Cleveland County. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids, to accept in whole or in part such bid or bids as may be deemed in the best interest of the County.
