Defense and Law Enforcement and Security and Safety Equipment and Supplies Question deadline March 19, 2025 @ 4.00 p m Ensure all components are compatible with POE+ network switches in place at USMH. • Provide all materials and labor to install requisite cabling for new camera locations. Additionally, they will pull and replace all existing camera locations. All cameras will have a minimum of 1080P image quality with preference for 4K imaging and should have audio and motion detection. • Replace all existing access control readers on all buildings with one additional access control readers installed on mail room in 32 West Washington Street. Also, additional video intercoms will be added on existing exterior entrances to 32 West Washington Street and 60 West Washington Street entrances (total 4). • Run all required cabling and ensure all cabling meets CAT6a standards. • Ensure all cameras are visible on command console at main security desk and all hardware will be labeled, terminated, and tested/certified to industry standards as required. • Provide real-time video monitoring including remote access. Work with existing USMH infrastructure or cloud options for data retention and backup. Provide system for managing permissions and building access. • Vendor will replace existing emergency call phone (“blue light phone”) with updated hardware to include a camera for view of those needing assistance in University Plaza. • Provide on-site training for USMH IT, security, and facilities staff and limited post-installation technical/maintenance support. • Create an Excel spreadsheet with complete inventory of all new hardware installed. • Implement a visitor and vendor tracking kiosk system at the main security desk
