The work associated with this project consists of the replacement of an air-cooled chiller at Wea Ridge MS and an airhandling unit at East Tipp MS in accordance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by R.E. Dimond and Associates, Inc. 732 North Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46204. All questions, or requests for equal, shall be directed in writing via email to: Joe Chrapla R.E. Dimond and Associates, Inc. 317-634-4672 joe.chrapla@redimond.com The project includes work at two different school locations: TSC Wea Ridge Middle School, 4410 South 150 East, Lafayette, IN 47909 and TSC East Tipp Middle School, East 300 North, Lafayette, IN 47905. B. Work includes, but not limited to, the replacement of an existing air-cooled chiller and ceiling-hung airhandling unit and associated electrical work. Provide all mechanical and electrical work as shown on the drawings and specified herein. C. The Prime Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating all installation requirements as required for a complete and functioning system. 1.2 RELATEDWORK SPECIFIED ELSEWHERE A. The Prime Contractor shall be aware, and shall make his subcontractors aware that the requirements in the sections of Divisions 00 and 01 pertain to all the work and they are binding on each section of these specifications as if they were repeated in each section in their entirety. B. The Prime Contractor shall be responsible for understanding the scope and intent of the work in all sections of these Specifications. C. The Prime Contractor is responsible for review of all sections of the Specifications and all Drawings to confirm any additional areas of responsibility. D. All Contractors are responsible for their area of work which might show up only on a drawing from another series or Specification section
