Reference number: 20077059 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-06-23 The work consists of interior repairs and modifications - phase 1 associated with the building envelope restoration project at the City of Côte Saint-Luc's Community and Aquatic Center located at 5794 Parkhaven Avenue. The building was built in 2011 by the Pomerleau company and has undergone several studies and investigations to identify the cause of various deficiencies that were noted in the years following its construction. The aim of this contract is to eliminate deficiencies affecting the interior of the building related to the building envelope. The main elements of the contract are the decontamination of interior walls, the installation of an air conditioning unit, the removal of a ventilation duct, the reinforcement of joints in roof drains, and various other minor works. The bidder must therefore refer to the plans and specifications of the professionals and visit the site to determine the exact list of work to be carried out, including related and complementary work required to ensure proper execution of the contract. Interior work in the pool area must take place between August 16 and September 14, when the pool is closed for maintenance. The contractor must take into consideration the fact that various contractors will be present for pool maintenance operations during this period, and must therefore coordinate with them for the purposes of the work. Priority should be given to replacing the joints of the storm drains in the basement, to avoid damage during heavy rains.
